rainy afternoon

Monkey came back from school having not been called into the headmasters' office, which can only mean skinny malinkey has other plans and plots which is unsettling! The sky man came and went, replacing my 3rd sky plus box in a month. I'm wondering if I've not been ripped off by them. It's raining and that tends to dampen my mood; before, it was an ideal drinking afternoon, it gave me an excuse I needed, to not venture out and to crack open the cans instead. I wouldn't be able to buy any even if I wanted to because I've no money now till Thursday, zilch, except some 5ps in my purse, so best I stop even thinking about it!!! Would be kinda nice if someone read this blog, but not neccesary.I wonder if anyone ever will? So I think I'll have a lie down, read my book now, whilst the kids are watching tv, until the dinner, homework, bath, teeth, bedtime routine.
