oh by the way it's been 26 days now free of the cider. Its great, I'm no longer housebound after 5pm, which was creaping back to 2pm actually nearer the end of my drinking days, and I have loads more money, 40 pounds a week to be precise, and the kids are dead happy with it, my skin looks fresher, or is that because I've spent that extra money on decent face creams? I don't know, but I'm more alive and don't find strange things arriving from ebay in the morning anymore!!!
